Since being acquired by Compusoft Group in September 2020, Soft Tech has been on an exciting trajectory. Both Compusoft and Soft Tech shared a common purpose to be global technology leaders in the industry, which showed a clear business alignment at the time of the acquisition. This position was reinforced with the further acquisition of First Degree Systems (FDS) and AccessIT (publishers of the contractERP software) into the newly formed Window & Door Vertical of Compusoft Group in 2021.
Earlier this month, we announced Compusoft Group had completed its merger with 2020 Technologies. The merger at the parent company level for Soft Tech means the inclusion of FeneTech into the business’s Window & Door Vertical.
As the business works through the merger of the 2 brands to create a new business identity at the parent company level, the Window & Door Vertical businesses will also be working together to position a complementary and comprehensive product offering to the global fenestration industry.
