We have some news we’d like to share! Soft Tech are excited to announce today an agreement to be acquired by global software company Compusoft Group, a technology leader in kitchen and bathroom design software.
So, what does this mean for you?
Soft Tech will be operating as a subsidiary of Compusoft, so day to day operations will be business as usual, except now we’ll have access to additional resources, experts and new technologies. This means we’ll be able to accelerate new products and growth initiatives to better service you, our customer, and this will also allow us to better innovate in the market.
What does this mean for us?
Our business operations, company name, branding and existing leadership will remain intact. Co-CEO’s Rowan Hick and Tyron Ball will still be at the helm and continue to lead our talented teams as a global technology leader in the fenestration industry.

It’s been over 30 years since Soft Tech founder John Ball developed an interest in computers, which saw him team up with people who knew the industry, to create our very first software product for the market. Again, just like our founder did, Soft Tech is teaming up with other people who know software, to help us achieve our vision to be known as the fenestration software company that delivers the “WOW-factor”. Joining Compusoft, who are just as passionate about helping customers achieve their goals using software and technology as we are, will take us into the next chapter of our story.
