Soft Tech recently welcomed Leo Lai as Implementation Team Lead. Based out of California, USA, Leo joins our implementation team with a wealth of industry specific knowledge and experience.
Leo began his career in 2008 developing fenestration shop drawings while attending college to achieve a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In 2009, Leo began working on database development, making his way up to a Profile Database Developer and helping implement dozens of databases with various different manufacturers.
His strength areas lie in Curtain Wall and Storefront systems with strong database analysis skills, which he’s developed over years of database implementations.
Along with his years of experience and fenestration knowledge, Leo brings with him a sense of enthusiasm and optimism. “Optimism in my life has long been a savior of mine. I know that it doesn’t apply to every situation, but it most certainly does in the professional environment. The whole idea behind it is that enthusiasm is often contagious” says Leo.
When he is not working, Leo enjoys spending time with his wife and family, recently discovery the joy of camping near the beaches of Southern California.
