17 March 2020 – Soft Tech Staff Remote Working

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, suppliers and team members is always our highest priority here at Soft Tech. As a result, we are putting in place actions to support our customers, suppliers and valued team. Like most organizations, we continue to closely follow the COVID-19 developments and refer to the appropriate bodies and experts for guidance.

As extra precautions to these recommendations, Soft Tech has implemented the following policies for the time being –

  1. We have asked our staff to work from home wherever possible. As a technology company, we are in the fortunate position of being able to easily transition to remote working without impacting our day to day operations. In fact, it is a practice we have exercised for some time already in order to support our staff when needed. We will ensure all team members have the tools and access required to continue to support and delight you during this window.
  2. We have asked staff to avoid domestic and international travel at this time. Fortunately, we have great internal communication and video conferencing technology at Soft Tech, meaning we can all continue to stay connected.
  3. We have postponed group gatherings including Soft Tech training, conferences and events until further notice.  For those with specific training sessions booked we will be in contact with you for alternative arrangements.

We want to assure you that these changes will not impact on your active projects or the support we provide you.  We understand the importance of supporting you and your business during this uncertain time.
