We would like to take this opportunity to personally inform you that on June 30th, 2021, Compusoft signed a definitive agreement on a proposed merger with 2020 Technologies to create a leading provider of space planning and manufacturing solutions for the residential and commercial segments.
As you will be aware, Soft Tech has been a Compusoft company since being acquired in 2020 and today forms part of the Windows & Doors segment of the Group.

The Combined Business will be run by the best leaders from both businesses, supported by highly capable Compusoft and 2020 colleagues.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions and is expected to complete in H2 2021. Due to both confidentiality and regulatory obligations, as you might understand, we are unable to go into further details on our combined future at this stage.
We want to emphasize that while we continue the process to completion, Compusoft will operate business as usual and there will be no change to the services and products you currently receive. We will always focus on what is important for you to be successful.
