Soft Tech User Event 2020 = that is a wrap!
A large amount of preparation went into putting together a successful, targeted and value packed event for those customers who joined us at the recent Soft Tech User Event. We are so grateful to know that all the work put in ‘behind the scenes’ was really appreciated and enjoyed by each and every one of the customers who came along. A huge thank you to our guest keynote speakers from Emmegi USA Inc.; Regional Sales Managers Patrick Buskill and Kyle Hendrickson, and North American Sales Director Chip Steele.
Despite tornado warnings and severe storm events taking place across the US at the time, a global team of Soft Tech’s V6 specialists flew into Florida to gather at the Sonesta Hotel, Ft. Lauderdale for two full days of customer interaction.
The team covered an agenda consisting of presentations, technical training, strategic sessions, one-on-one sessions, showcasing the latest V6 functionality and new features and insight into the Soft Tech product roadmap. Although the social event on the Thursday evening didn’t quite go as planned thanks to an incoming storm, this didn’t stop anyone from having a great time on our docked yacht dinner “cruise”.
The feedback received from our customers during the event was all very positive and Soft Tech co-CEO Rowan Hick came away from the event energized, saying “it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with our customers; share our roadmap ahead, get direct feedback, and most importantly help them get the best out of Soft Tech’s solutions. I enjoyed hearing from our customers who gained new perspectives from both a strategy and technical angle, along with cross pollinating ideas & experiences from each other at the event. We certainly look forward to next years event!”
