From humble beginnings in the 1980’s, Soft Tech has grown from strength to strength over the past 3 decades, and this week marks another milestone in the journey. After nearly 20 years based out of an office in Albany, Auckland, we’ve just this week moved to a new office space located in Smales Farm, Takapuna, Auckland.
The new office space forms part of the Smales Farm precinct which is the home of some of the most technologically advanced, future-proofed buildings in New Zealand. With innovative, flexible infrastructures, these buildings were designed with sustainability in mind, exhibiting double glazing and storm water harvesting, saving energy and reducing operating costs.
The focus here is on community, rethinking everything to deliver a smarter, sustainable and healthier workplace of tomorrow and aiming to create a Next Generation Neighbourhood. The green spaces, smart infrastructure and cutting-edge amenities provide the perfect base for our team, with bonus offerings such as outdoor yoga, interactive light shows, community BBQ’s, regular food trucks, and festivals.
Located alongside the B-Hive which is packed with shared state of the art facilities, amenities and technology, and near to Goodside which boasts a range of eatery options. The location is a melting pot of food and beverage culture set in an environment that’s home to live music, DJ’s, pop-up eateries, outdoor fireplaces, greenhouses, private dining areas and carefully crafted events that bring new energy to Auckland’s dining scene.
